What are my payment options?

Lottoland offers several different payment methods including credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Skrill (Moneybookers), Paysafecard and Sofortüberweisung (in Germany). We will also be offering PayPal soon.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your payment details are absolutely secure. We make use of 256-bit SSL encryption to encrypt your data i.e. international banking grade security.

How can I edit or delete tickets? How can I add more tickets?

Once you are in your shopping cart, a link is available for you to add a EuroMillions or EuroJackpot ticket to the cart. For tickets already in the shopping cart, you can click on the down-arrow to the right of each lottery ticket to open it for editing. You can also delete a ticket by clicking on the Trash icon. Just remember: deleting a lottery ticket reduces your chances of walking away a multi-millionaire!

Why do I need to register to buy lottery tickets and make payments?

For player protection reasons, only adults may play the lottery. Registration allows us to verify your legal age. Registration also allows us to present all of your transaction information in one place as well as manage your experience through the customisation of various options and limits.

Do I have to pay for each draw separately in a subscription?

No, Lottoland will automatically debit your payment method according to the payment interval that you select for a subscription - you can sit back and relax, comfortable in the knowledge that Lottoland will make sure you never miss a draw once your subscription is set up!

Why are some payment methods unavailable to me?

To ensure the safety of the Lottoland prize pool, we sometimes have to adjust the available payment methods and payment limits. Rest easy in the knowledge that we will always make sure that you always get paid your winnings!

How do I use a discount code or coupon?

If you have received a discount code or a coupon in the course of a Lottoland promotion campaign, you must enter this into the textbox presented in your shopping cart for redeeming coupons. The amount payable will be adjusted accordingly.

Who or what is "Adyen"?

Payments at Lottoland made by direct debit, credit card or bank transfer are processed by Adyen, a payment service provider. Adyen is a payment card industry-certified processor and you can see their certification here.
