Safer Gambling – our promise
We believe gambling should be a fun, exciting and enjoyable recreational activity.However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite to plan and gambling can cause personal, social and financial problems for some people. With this in mind:
We promise to do all we reasonably can to provide you with a fair and safe gambling experience that helps you understand every aspect of safer gambling, allows you to remain in control and shows how to get help if you feel you need it.
Accordingly, we have provided a number of tools to help you stay in control and avoid spending more than you can afford. These are:

Deposit Limits
We provide you with the facility to set deposit limits. You can change this limit at any time and set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit by logging in to your account and following these step-by-step instructions:
- Click on My Account on the top right hand corner
- Click on the My Account tab
- Scroll down and find Deposit Limit
- Click Edit to change the Deposit Limit
If you ask us to lower your deposit limit, we will implement this request immediately and no more than 24 hours after your request has been received. However, should you ask us to increase your deposit limit, we will implement a 24-hour cooling-off period before carrying out this request.
Self-Exclusion
If you are concerned that you are at risk of developing a gambling problem, or indeed feel that you currently have issues in managing your gambling, you may wish to consider self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion is an official process where you ask us to prevent you accessing Lottoland products and services for a specified period of time. This period can last 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.
During this time, we will prevent you accessing your account and will remove you from our marketing databases. Please be aware that self-exclusion is an agreement between Lottoland and yourself; in return for our taking all reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling with us, you agree not to attempt to access our products and services in any way.
Your account will not be automatically reinstated after the self-exclusion period; you will have to contact our customer service to be able to use your account again.
To self-exclude, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Click on My Account in the top right-hand corner
- Click on the My Account tab
- Scroll down to “Account and Responsible Gaming Status”
- Click Edit to change your account status
No underage players – 18+
We operate a strict policy on underage players and are under obligation by the Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association to ensure all our players are over 18. We carefully verify every new player at registration to ensure they are old enough to join.
Protecting minors
For adults that share their computers with minors, we recommend installing Net Nanny™ (freeware) or the Parental Control Bar™ filter.
