Am I Playing the UK National Lottery?
From 8th March 2018 we have changed the draw mechanism from Camelot UK Draw and now take the numbers from one or more draws of the Czech ‘Rychlé Kačky’ keno game (in English ‘Quick Ducks'). The game format is exactly the same.
Why is There no Raffle Number on my UK Lotto Ticket?
Buying an official UK National Lottery ticket comes with a raffle number that awards a bonus prize to players. Playing the UK Lotto at Lottoland comes without a raffle prize category and that is why there is no raffle number on your ticket.
The silver lining is that Lottoland offers many more exclusive features and options not to be found anywhere else, including our famous DoubleJackpot feature.
How do I Choose a Line and get a Ticket?
Choose 6 numbers from 1-59 or select the QuickPick option (Quick+1) and this will choose a line for you randomly. Once you have chosen your numbers, select which draw you want to play (Wednesday or Saturday) and press Submit. This will take you through to a checkout. Be sure to review your purchase first then click Confirm and proceed to pay.
How do I win the Jackpot?
In each draw six numbers are drawn. Players who match all six numbers will win the jackpot. A further bonus number is drawn out after the six main numbers. This affects players who have 5 matching numbers. If their sixth number is the same as the bonus ball they will hit the second prize division.

Is the Payout Guaranteed? How do I Know?
At Lottoland we can guarantee you will be paid out on your winnings - regardless of the jackpot amount. At Lottoland you bet on the outcome of the official draw. For all intents and purposes you will have the exact same customer experience as if you were playing the official lottery. The key difference is that we take your bet and we pay you if you win. We are able to achieve this in two ways.
For smaller prize tier payments we make the payment directly from the fund we have from the total ticket sales.
In order for us to make the larger prize tier payments we take out insurance policies to cover the eventuality of a Jackpot win or a substantial payout on the Lotto ticket. Part of the Lotto ticket price you pay goes towards the payment of this policy.
We are registered with and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, the Gibraltar Gambling Commission, and the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland. In order for us to retain these licences we have to prove that we are able to make the required payouts to our players should they win and that we have the correct procedures in place to guarantee this.

What is the JackpotHunt Feature?
