I am not receiving notifications from Lottoland.
We will always issue notification emails to confirm ticket purchases as well as your winnings. If you do not receive an email that you are expecting from us, it is possible that our emails are stuck in your Spam folder.
At Lottoland, we are constantly monitoring our systems: we will seek to rectify any problems with mail delivery as soon as they are detected. Of course, you may also contact our Customer Support with any questions you may have.
